Unhappy I just bought a new 2004 "Pacific" Golf, but.....

I think I like the new Golf V better

How can I possible make it look like the Golf V? Can I like order the steering wheel multi-function, Navigation, 6-CD changer, fog lights, zinon lights, wing light, round tail lights, Bobsy seats, new short antenna, sensors, arm rests, etc..... ?????

If not, I might as well order me the V Golf which will arrive around April 2004 and trade in the one I just bought yesterday

I don't wanna regret anything, cuz they tell me the Golf is a great car, but the only thing I'm regretting now is that I should have searched the internet about the golf before I bought it

I wish it's possible for me to change my car's interior and exterior without placing an order for the V golf!

I was told that the Golf R32 came only manual. Is that true?

Thanks for reading this long msg and safe driving

What exactly is the 'pacific golf'? I have not heard of this.

If you wait for a while, there might eventually be some aftermarket parts out to make your Golf4 more like a Golf5 ... lots of people with Golf3s put Golf4 lights, etc. on their cars.

I would imagine the R32 would be stick only, as it is meant to be a sportscar.

Just learn to love your car ... if its any consolation, me and many other Golf owners/fans don't like the new Golf5 at all, so we'll have more respect for you on the road

Lightbulb I just like the new look inside out!

They told me the car I bought was called Pacific and the older one was called generation .. I still don't get it. I searched everywhere for that Pacific name and nothing came up.. I guess he was trying to sell me the car.

I'm a girl and that V look is more of a girly look

Well, I don't know about you guys, but it sure looks like a CLEAN-CUT to me! Very Cute or maybe very CLEAN

So you think I can have it changed totally like the V look? INSIDE OUT??????

You are giving me HOPE :*

THANKS ))))))))))))))))

You won't be able to make it look just like a Golf V ... when they change the design, they change basic necessities about the car.

Once they roll out, and the aftermarket parts manufacturers have time to design, test, and make their various parts, you might see some sort of mods ... then again, most things availible will be to customize the look of a certain model, rather than to just transform one into another.

So, you can either drop the $ to try and customize your car so you like it, or spend the $ by turning your car back in for a huge cut.
You could try advertising your car for whatever you paid for it, since you just got it you might have some luck, I'm sure some people would be happy to have a brand new 03 Golf without having to haggle with a dealer, esp. if you give them the same price

Good luck with whatever you decide to do !
