W7 vs Solobaric L7
Im looking at spending a lot on my car system, and i've narrowed my choices down to the W7 and the Solobaric L7, which is the best. I'm looking for something that hits hard, but still sounds really crisp. Post all your opinions. Anyone a huge fan of the IDMAX?

im sure that almost every post is going to recomend the JL W7's they are quite killer speekers. ive got W6's in my ZX and cheep ass pyrimid crap in my impreza for now.

Thats a no contest!

The W7 sells for more than twice as much!

The W7 will kill the L7 in every way imaginable... but you also pay for it...

the jl W7's are the king of subs basically.don't be distracted by the ugly square L7's they don't even compare.

Well, this is my opinion and only my opinion, but I like Audiobahn's subs. I like Diamond Audio stuff also. Those are my 2 fav. brands atm.

what diamond sub is going to compare to the w7 the tdx's hhmm i think not and audiobahn unless you only want spl they are not the ticket..

after getting this eD12A I don't think I'll ever go to another sub again, it is by far the best sub I've heard (both SQ and SPL).

The IDmax is a very nice sub. It has a nice blend of loud and SQ. I heard one in 2.85 CUFT box hit 145. I'm getting one. I wouldn't spend any money on audiobahn. I just don't like them. Also, some other brands you might want to look into
Elemental designs, Adire, Digital Designs, RE, Shocker, Beyond audio....just to name a few. Good luck.

the 12A.22 is $295.00 off of that site, i would have bought one myself if the setup i wanted wasn't so expensive. thats what you get i guess for wanting nothing but the best
