I dont get speeding tickets, I get C&I's (carless and imprudent driving) which are worth 3 points instead of one. Ha! beat that. Actually how many points is a 100+ mph ticket usually cost?

Well, technically anything... but its usually automatic jail time if you're caught doing double the posted speedlimit.

52 in a 25

I got a 52 in a 25 two summers ago in a 2000 Saab 9-5 Aero around midnight. At the time, I was 16, so I had to go to court. I thought of claiming dislexia, but figured the judge wouldn't like that. The judge, however, happened to be my neighbor. Over twice the speed limit... ticket cost = a whole $30. Did I learn my lesson?? Yeah right...

wow, that guy going 185 was a complete dumbass... drinking and going almost 200. but he knows he has enough money to buy his way out.

how do you even get above 200 in a 55.... he must have been on a complete straightaway. it helps to make friends with the cops.

most i got was 40+ in a 25 facing some old fbird, the cop was on a side street tho and didn't have his radar on...... didn't know i was pushing 75 - $120. yes it was cheap.

i thought that if you weren't clocked than the cop couldnt give you a ticket
My step dad was driving his 68 vette and whipped around the corner, after that he snapped some u Joints and blew his tranny...Got real close to a tree. The cop told him he couldnt give him a speeding ticket but next time he hoped he would come around the corner and Hit a tree...My step dad found out a cop can't do anything when you flick him off needless to say.

he got me for "pace". if a cop is going 45 in a 25 zone and he is following you, he can assume you are going that speed also. at least it's that way in ohio.

i didn't even try contesting him since he had me racing an old fbird on his dash camera, i could have gotten my license taken away also because i was going way above 70 in a 25. the cop was cool and only gave me 40 in a 25. close call.
