Better Mod?
Pretty soon I'll have enough money to get one of the following mods. Just wondering what everyone's opinions are about which is the best mod(also who makes the best one). Here they are:
I would appreciate anybody's opinion on this. I am assuming that none of these mods would be over $1200.

If you get an SLP LM exhaust like I did and spend ~$325 shipped for it, you'll still have money left over to do headers as well

I really didn't want to reply yet cuz people might overlook my original post ^.^ but i got a Q. I've been looking for a Cowl Induction looking hood that is also ram-air functional.... like this(but i don't think this is ram-air):
Anybody know about this? It looks extra mean.

looks to my like an aftermarket scoop, the kind that you have to fibreglass to your original hood, looks like its for imports, check with your local custom shops, bring that pic with you, ull find out

I've got a buddy with one of those on his Z28, it's not functional. It's nothing but fiberglass, even where you think there's an opening for the air...

I was wanting a ram air functional hood; one where the scoop is connected with the intake. If that hood isn't that type, it doesn't seem like it could be made that way. The scoop appears to be to far up on the engine bay area.
Anybody know if the LS1 intake airbox would fit with the LT1?

your probally better off with just having it cut away to allow fresh air to enter the engine bay, this way fresh COLD air can keep the engine cool and provide cold air to the carbuator
probally would work better then direct ram air
