what do you all think of painting the hood of your car black. I was thinking of doing it to my integra, its been hurt bad by gravel and has chipped the paint and what not.
And my cars silver so i dont think it would look that bad.

why dont you just spend the money and get a carbonfiber hood you can get them on ebay for around 350.00 to 400.00 $ it might be alot of money but it looks a lot better???

i think he's just painting it to cover up the chips, not to imitate a cf hood.

i would rather find the closest matching color to the car and paint it with that instead of black

The thing is. IM trying to make my car look as good as possible with the lowest amount of money. So buying a carbon fiber hood would defeat the whole purpose.
But, im trying not to rice it out or anything, i just need to cover the paint chips and dents and what not from the previous owner, and since my spoiler is black it would kinda match, and i have black trim and what not, so i though it would look alright..
