having problems with my jimmy (vortec engine)

well to start this off when i would come to a stop my jimmy stalled. took it to a shope and they said it was the fuel pump. so we had that replaced. (and yes the filter too) then went to start it up and it still wouldn't start. put in a new computer..and then replaced the cpi and nut kit, and a tps. now when we want to start it, you have to have your foot on the gas, and keep it there to keep it running. anyone know what might be wrong with it? i have spent alot of money on it the last 2 months, and am running out of money to just replace good parts.... thanks
it is a 1992 Gmc Jimmy 4.3 vortec cpi, has 169,000 miles on it

Hey Rob,
thanks for the other link to go to. i am going to be ordering the iac tomorrow. found out if we unplug it then it will start up just fine and run. ( just at a higher idle) so hopefully this will fix my baby.
