92 mustang fuel problem

hi . have a 92 mustang lx .yeah i wish it was a gt.had the fuel pump replaced.it still does not get gas sometimes.was told it was the relay and that it is mounted on the fenderwell but it is not there .can anbody please help thank you.

The fuel relay is under the driver's seat.

It could be a loose wire or a bad ground as well. Just throwin in my
