HELP!!! d16z6 turbo trouble

hello i need some advice
i have a d16z6 just pulled out of car going to rebuild the entire thing
i have the greddy turbo kit and i want to run 8psi
this is what i got
2.5 in greddy exaust
aem adjustable fuel pressure reg
aem cam gear
350 cc injectors
sti fuel pump
4 mm stack able head gasket
questions
will i be safe on the stock bottom end
what compression ratio should i run
where should i set ignition timing
greddy blue box can handle 9 psi right?
what hp/tq ranges can i expect
has any one done this before and how did it turn out?
what am i missing?

1. yes you will be safe on the stock bottom end with good tuning, but you're better off rebuilding it while the motor is out of the car.
2.the lower the compression the better, but don't go too low.
3.for the timing you should take it to the dyno and get it dialed in.
4.you won't know how much hp/tq you got until you get it up on the dyno.
5. i didn't answer you other questions because i wasn't too sure, but hopefully someone else can.
