programing keyless entry remote

can any one tell me how to program an extra keyless entry remote for A 1999 dodge grand caravan

Check your owners manual. I believe there are instructions there. I would comfirm this, but my van is in the shop and my owners manual is in the van. But I do recall reading about it once upon a time.

Keyless programming

If the setup is the same between the 1999 and the 2001, it's a key/ignition combination to activate the programming. The owners manual has the steps.
