t/a times

first of all: ......2003 Trans Am.....*smack* (Stopped making them in 2002)

Anyway, a stock LT1 Trans am (93-97) supposedly ran 14.0-14.2 stock(brand new) and I believe the newer LS1 T/A's are supposed to be 13.8-14.0 (brand new) with the convertible models being a few tenths slower. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

I kind of got sick of it. Its a great car with balls to the wall performance but I want a bit more to a car. The little things really bugged me, cheap ass interior, leaky t-tops, poor handling. Plus I got exactly what I payed for it. Im planning on either getting a c5 vette or maybe even another Trans-am[if the price is right]....

Total price for mods were no more then about a $1000. Only thing I bought new was slp loudmouth exhaust everything else I bought off ls1.com and ls1tech.com forums. Buy parts that have been used and you get the same performance and product for so much less.

Just make sure the person you buy stuff from has alot of posts and do a search with his name. For the most part people sell there cars and part out the parts or just upgrade. I have never had a problem and niether has any of my friends. Goodluck
