Honda CBR 600 F4i vs F4

im thinkin of buying a motorcycle. not quite sure...

i just was wondering the differences between the f4i and the f4. i saw a pic of the dash on ebay for the f4i and it had digital readout of MPH and redlines at 14,250 while the f4 looked like it redlined about 13,750 and didnt have digital readout. both look bad ass and are about the same price....

i just want something for fun (i realize i need to take classes and get a class M license before i can legally drive a motorcycle).

im definitely still keeping my integra though.

Biggest difference: Fuel injection vs. carburation. That's what the lil I stands for.

Never compared the two instrument panels so I can't help you there, but to the best of my knowledge that's the difference in cliff's notes.

A LOT of bikes are still carburated. You'd be surpised. Granted, many bikes are getting changed over to fuel injection now, but for the 90s it was still the carbs that ruled the bike world.

Carbs typically produce better power than injection. If they are properly tuned. Not only that but on bikes the power is smoother. Which happens to be why the M1 is carbourated.
