The best 5 speed transmission fluid ???

I need to change my tranny fluid and was wondering which performs the best, ive seen Redline, Royal Purple, and Slick 50 slick shift, which of these is the best performing fluid and are there any other good fluids? ive heard a good tranny fluid can change the way a car feels significantly. Also, is there a special code or type of fluid used in the 240sx tranny, i didnt get the owners manual with mine...ie...dexron or dexron II... i have no idea

Redline MT-90 is good. I use it in my tranny. I didn't notice any significant changes, other than smoother shifting.
