Need Keyless Enty Program Instructions for 1996 Suburban

I just bought a remote for my 1996 chev suburban lt and would like to know if any one can help me to program it. Also, when I program this one, do I have to also program my original remote? Please help, thanks.

Re: Need Keyless Enty Program Instructions for 1996 Suburban

if you are talking about the remote unlock.lock keyfob then all you do is hold the lock and unlock buttons at the same time for 7 seconds. the locks should go up and down and it should work perfectly after that.
