Help! Difference between South Africa BMW and Germany BMW?

Hi Guys,
I need your immediate help!
Tomorrow afternoon(Aug/20th) I will hand in deposit for a 2003 brand new BMW 325i, but suddently I know the car I will buy is assmbled in South Africa, not in Germany.
And I've search a lot of places, no one tells me the differenc between SA BMW and Germany BMW.
I hope you guys give me the help or suggestions.
Look forward to you guys' replies.

im sorry to burst your bubble but all new 3 series are built in South Africa.

The South Africa plant builds reliable cars, so dont' worry about it.
This is also one way for BMW to keep down the price, because cars imported from South Africa don't need to pay the 2.5% import tax.

As far as know from BMW's website Regensburg,Germany still builds more than 220,000 3series, South Africa's Plant builds 40,000 cars per year.

some 3'ers are built in the US as well, aren't they? I know bmw has a plant in the eastern half of the country somewhere.

The US plant is in Spartanburg, South Carolina yes but only
all theX5's and Z4's are built there

3er series is build in regensburg(germany) and i think in johannesburg (southafrika)

there are no quality differences.

Is your car left or right hand drive as far as I know the SA plant only exports right hand drive models as all cars here in SA is right hand
