Tamiya or Duplicolor clear coat over white = Yellowing?

I am going to try painting the white stripes on my Z28 model instead of using the kits decals. Because of this, I would like to apply several clear coats over the entire model once the stripes are on to get rid of any ridges like I did with my Cobra here . Has anyone tried Tamiya or Duplicolor clear over white? Does it yellow after a while with 3 or 4 coats? I already know Testors and Plastikote does, but I havent tried Tamiya or Duplicolor yet. What are some experiences?

Ive used duplicolour clear laquer on all my models and none of them show any signs of yellowing so you should be ok. I usually give models aroung 5-6 lightish coats of duplicolour plus one or two wetish coats and then leave it at least 10 days before cutting and polishing, and i have not had any yellowing even though the resulting clear coat is on the thick side. Im building a 911 gt1 at the moment and have every confidence in clear coating the white paint with duplicolour, so id reckon you would be ok with that. As it goes, although ive not used it, i would also vouch for tamiya spray clear due to the high quality of the rest of their paint range.
Duplicolour is cheaper though . . .
