Question 92 civic altezza tail light install help plz

I just received a set of altezza tail lights as a present. When I tried installing it, the manufacture wiring is totally different from the altezza's set up. For instance, the manufacture trunk light has to slots with two bulbs, whereas the altezza only has one slot for one bulb. Also, the tail light has three bulbs, and the altezza seems to miss a slot for the light on the side when u turn your lights on at night.

I am somewhat confused to whether these extra ligth bulbs in the manufacture taillight are not needed? Do i just not use them?

Also, do i need to aplly anything to prevent water moisture getting in when i wash my car?

Thanks.

Here's the best way to install Altezzas..

Set them down next to your car.
Go upstairs in the house (where the computer is) and read this post.
Climb out the window onto the roof.
Go to the peak of the roof by the driveway where you set the Altezzas down.
Now here's the tricky part.. Jump off the roof, making sure you point towards the ground head first, aiming your head at the altezzas.
Crash your head into the Altezzas, smashing them between the driveway and your head. This will result in two things..
1) The altezzas will be properly installed in their place of NOWHERE.. THEY'RE CRAP.. RICE... CRAP.. DESTROY THEM.
and 2) You will probably not survive, removing another riceboy from the world. Oh happy day... oh happy day.

People should really stop being jack asses in these forums and keep their opinions to themselves.

I'm sorry. I'm just sick of being looked at weird because I'm 23 and drive a Civic as my beater, because every other one on the road is uglied-up with clear taillights and driven by a riceboy who endangers everyone else on the road because of the new road-gripping power given him by the rice lights.

haha dont worry about it.....i am just sick of reading at lots of post where people bashing on each other in these forums...it is just a comment out of no where ...not directing at you or anything.

I actually like the look of the altezza on a black civic....my stock tail light got totalled by some dumbass at a stop light....just ran right straight into me...so i had to replaced it.
