Completed - Tamiya Ferrari F50

Finally finished the F50. Fun kit to build. But, I did run into some problems along the way (what else is new for me!) - the decals were absolutely the worst and the for some reason, the body did fit too well on the chasis (I think its me cos I've had this problem with the last 3 cars I've built). On with the pix...

Looks awesome, should simulate the weather-strip around the front lights though!

Absolutely gorgous built! nice, shiny, good choice of cars...

only thing i find a bit ....

are the black trim going around the car.. you could have saved you a lot of hassle, and just buy one of those permanent markers (well, I know it might be cheating ...) but , that would have looked so much better..

not that it 's not looking good, man!

Nice!
I've got a couple of F-50's in my project pile as well.
I've heard of some fit issues with the supplied C.F. decals, was that your prob.?

Yeh - the trim was a pain! Should have used a marker now that you mentioned!!

FerrariTR - I think maybe the decals were old cos they needed to soaked for much longer than usual or else they tore easily.
