Newbie Question
How do you make a turbo run the exact amount of boost you want? Does it have something to do with the ECU? Also, how do you measure how much boost your running?
Keep in mind im new, and have almost no experiance with Engines, Turbos and such, and I'm only asking this question out of curiousity |

Boost is controlled by the wastegate, which is adjusted with a boost controller. The wastegate comes with a pre-set spring and will open up once there's more boost available than it is set for. The controller will hook up to the wastegate and adjust the spring to the amount of pressure you want.
