blinkers and fuel gage not working

I removed my dash for interior modifications and when I reinstalled it everything was put back just the way it should be, to the best of my knowledge. My blinkers will not light up inside on the cluster, but the clicker is audible and they still work outside of the car. All of the dash lights blink when my blinkers are turned on. My emergency flashers do not work at all. The fuel gauge seated itself on full and has yet to move; I only have half a tank of gas. I am also having problems with a fuel cut off since then- the car will go through the motions of starting but will not completely turn over due to lack of fuel. Please help!
