Using Paypal with HLJ, help please.

I've ordered some stuff from HLJ but it's not all in stock yet and I wanted to use Paypal so I stuck it on "Money Order/Paypal", HLJ have sent my order confirmation saying that because I'm paying with Paypal they can't give me a definite price until everything's in stock. Then they will ask me to send payment. Is this right?

Why can't it just work like on Ebay where it's practically the same as using your credit card it just withdraws the money from the account of the card you've put on the Paypal database and sends it to the other guy's account.

Thanks for any help guys.

cuz HLJ is not affliated with PayPal like eBay and PayPal are maybe ?

why tho?
You use credit card on paypal, you then pay HLJ with Paypal, Paypal then charges your card.

It is the same thing as using a credit card on HLJ, except less work.

HLJ is quite safe, I have never had problems with it

They probably can't give you a final price because they don't know what shipping will be or if all the items can be sourced. Like all reputable companies thay only charge when the items are shipped. I don't think the fact you want to use PayPal makes any difference. So just cool it till then.

If you have any questions, email HLJ direct, they have always been very helpful in my experience.

Coool it? I was never angry I was just asking, they haven't given me any details about how I'd send them the money and I've never used Paypal except on Ebay. I thought maybe other had. If you ask to pay by credit card they don't say to not give them the number until everything is in stock do they?

I've used Paypal on my HLJ orders. You have to wait until everything is in stock and ready to ship. Then they will send you an e-mail telling you the exact amount to send via Paypal. Then you pay, and then they ship. Personally, the whole ordering/paying/shipping process takes too long now with HLJ. I've stopped using them unless it's the only choice for whatever kit(s) I'm looking for.
