Cool Im Forced With 2 Options.....

Im forced to make a decision. I have a 2000 Honda Civic DX hatchback.
I have $30,000 for it, but dont know if I should spend all of the 30 G's on it or sell it and buy a whole 'nother car worth $45,000.

If I spend all 30 G's on the Honda I will replace the engine with a Nissan SR20DET or a Skyline R34 engine.I was also wondering if anybody knew if either of these engines would fit the Honda body.

Also if I decide to sell it, which car does anybody reading this suggest?

Thankyou all for responding!!!

Oh my word, you won't need the $30 g's to put into that car.

Well, if you like the Nissan engines that much, buy a nissan to put them in. Like a 95+ 240sx. You can pic a good one up for under 10,000 easily and it doesnt matter the miles on it because you are putting a new engine in. That would put you around $10,000-$15,000 for the car and the SR20DET installed. Then you have the rest to spend on suspension, body, wheels & tires, or engine upgrades. It would be a badass car with all that money you are willing to put in it. Just my $.02.

You know what I meant... stick with your "Family" go get a S2000 engine, and turn that bitch sideways, and leave Nissan to Nissan.

SR20DET into a Civic? 30G is this post real?

If i had that much i'd stick to a Honda engine even the S2000's

Why not buy a Nissan it seems to be all the rage?

X-Motor swaps are evil in my book but whatever it sounds like a wierd swap. Sr's and RB's are expensive why not get a ford V8 or Chevy one those are cheaper and stuff it in the back of the Civic. I've heard of V8 swaps into smaller cars and you have the money for it.

You might as well get like a 300ZX or something like that. Why stick with the Civic?
