fuses have 2 prongs, and kind of have a see through plastic shell. There should be a wire connecting the two prongs. If there is a crack in the wire, or if the plastic appears to have a black smoky appearence in the middle, chances are your fuse is blown.

i actually put mine back to stock cause my housings were melting, plus since i have my tails done up all red, the blinker is slightly dimmer than it normally would be, and my friend told me he had trouble seeing it. One of the side effects of doing the bumper lense mod the way i did it is the blinkers blink fast.

Anyways since i wanted people to see me turn, didnt want my housings to melt any further, and it didnt offer much of an additional lighting benefit ... i put mine back to stock.

I still think it looks bad ass, and may convert it back with some brighter bubls in my corner lenses and some h1 fog light bulgs sometime.

My Friend (VelocityCivic91) wired his bumpers with an accord pig tail harness that has the 3 needed wires for -constant on - and - blinker-
works great the right way and doesnt burn housings, dim lights, or cause fast blinkers.

hes doing it to mine this weekend.
