need help tried everything

i have a 1989 honda civic hatchback dx. basically i cant get the car to start. i have trouble shot every relay and wire. i swapped out a relay and still the same problem. i found out that when i turn the key to the first stop everything is working as advertised, but when i turn the key all the way the fuel injectors will shut off so the car wont start. ive tried everything from the plugs to the module and everything is checking out just fine. i have hit the point where i have no idea where to go next and the auto shops around my house dont even want to look at it to troubleshoot it. ive told them what ive done and they said we dont know. if anyone can help me or point me in a different direction i would appreciate it

any codes? is the ecu working?

The ECU has no codes, i tried swapping the ECU with one that i know works and got the same still no codes

I know you said you've checked all the relays but if you're not getting fuel than it's more than likely the main fuel pump relay.

the engine wsounds like it wantes to start but found the fuel injectors are shutting off. i have it at the shop now i have to pick it up tomarrow. they said they didnt have any ideas what is wrong with it.(its been there for 2 weeks). i found a 89 wrecked it runs but wont pass inspection cause of all the body damage. i'm going to see if i can go pick it up for a good price and start swapping parts to find the problem don't know what else to try.i'll check the fule pump relay when i get the car back thanks

the problem is that the pcm is sending a signal to the injectors but the injectors arent getting the signal. the wire is good i shot that i am just going to pull some pins and run a new wire to see if that helps. if anyone else has any ideas please let me know thanks

You're getting 12 volts at the injectors? Check the alternator fuse under the dash and the main fuses in the engine bay. Also, replace the main relay as other's have mentioned. Take a multimeter and check for continuity between pins A1, and A5 and the yellow and red wires on your injectors.
