2003 Civic SiR?

I saw a guy driving a black 2003 Civic Si...but it had an SiR badge, and he looked like he knew what he was doing if he was a poser...cause he had the red honda emblems....and everything, did they make an SiR model? if so...that ride was dope...it had 16'' Rota's on it...the carbon 5 spoke lightweight ones....
