Finally a real mod done to my Ride

Well after about a month of me staring at my Slotted Rotors sitting in my room, cursing the shop that is taking so freaking long on getting my EBC Green Stuff brake pads, I finally was able to go attempt to put my rotors on. Well after a disappointing attempt, the rotor screws failed to come loose, so my upgraded brakes were delayed yet another week. Finally after getting the right tools the screws came loose and the rotors and pads went on, and might I say DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!! They stop quick, just gotta get used to not stepping on the brake as hard because they also lock up a lot easier.

The installation was really simple, just had a problem with those screws. Had to get an impact driver to get them out, but they came right out with it. I will get some pics after I get some money and paint my calipers, figure everything else looks pretty back there might as well make the calipers pretty too, lol. Now I just gotta make the car go faster.

Nice dude....it is nice to see someone thinking a little about safety to help stop their car better instead of just making it go faster.

I have done the brake upgrade to AEM pads and Brembo rotors, and when my screwed up suspension doesn't warp my rotors they are awesome!

DOHC ZC, I,H,E, urethane bushings and mount inserts, rock chipped hood, some rust, stock steelies, nice comfy Integra seats, and the A/C works! What else could you want from an 18 year old car with 241,000 miles? Working on getting the Si tranny in now

Yeah, I've got some Brembo rotors that I've been wanting to put on my car for a long time, but I can't for the life of me get the driver-side caliper bolts loose

One of these days, I'll try again...

Sounds cool man... I'll let you know.

How come you never called me back when you were in town? I imagine you were pretty busy with family stuff for the wedding and all... just curious.

Im really sorry I never called you back, I had my cell phone shut off for a month, so I was using my friends cell, but we got really busy during those few days. And not having a cell phone or a car during that time, I really didnt have a way to get ahold of you. My bad Mike, wont happen again. I'll come up here in about a week or so to hang out whenever, probably on a tuesday cuz its my day off, if it works for you. Anyways, yeah let me know on those rotors, I'm gettin really good at them.
