Loctite R34 GT-R Question???
Hey, sorry t have to ask this question , but by lack of reference materials....
Q: On the underside of teh chassis, on the two skirts that have to painted X-59 (dark earth, what material are they made from IRL? Does this have to be painted like wood, or just like kevlar? Thanks on beforehand. Olivier |

Usually stock side skirts should be ABS plastic or Polyurathane, aftermarket ones are mostly Fiberglass.

Wow, what an answer Shorty....big difference between a race car and a street car though
Olivier, there is a good chance they are wood if they are a wear board to stop the chassis bottoming out on the track. If they are actual side skirts though it is more likely they are carbon kevlar.

Thanks for trying to help me out, but let me post a pic, of what I m relating to..
I 've already painted it wood, so I hope it is correct IRL also.. otherwise Here 's the pic here's the rest, detailed the interior as a kind of trial -experiment for the next projects, which are a bit more important. Thanks Olivier |
