What type of paint do you use to pain the tails? Regular spray paint or do you have to get some custom paint.

Thanks,
Mark D

the clear coat isnt that important IMO ... i did my tails all red like 4 - 5 months ago and they still look damn good.

heres a pic i took yesterday

oh yea and i couldnt get the center piece out on my car when i was doing it, so i just did it right on the car because i have heard many horror stories of people snappin em in half.

and the pic the day after i did it

thanks for all of the info people. I am hopefully going to be doing the tails and the whole car (home paint job) on it in the next few weeks. I will post some pics of the sled when I get done.

Thanks,
Mark D

tailights

Hey man, i am currently talking to some ppl at versus motorsport and I know nick from the 4g4d store is as well about the clear tails. yea there rice but with the red spray and some art skills u can make custom tails .

Also, if u want to make them all red do u just spray the paint right over the outside of the taillgith or what? Anything special or just straight up painting
