89 Civic 4 door tail lights?!?!?!?!

Hi, im new here, and i have this 1989 honda civic. Been doing some research and i cant, for the f*cking life of me, find kewl looking tail lights for this thing. Im pretty handy in the garage and was wondering if there were certain other models that would fit, or have an adapter to fit for my ride? Any help would be apprecited.

there are no aftermarket taillights for our sedans. You can get some hatch lights but they dont fit perfectly, they need some modification to the body to make em fit.

false... they do make Clear tails.. totally clear.. cant see INSIDE them, but theyre white looking "clear"..... just gotta look REALLL hard to find those puppies

They aren't that easy to find though and in my opinion, look like shit.

A few years back I head clear tails on my 4 door and they looked like crap to me so I sent them back the next day. The middle piece is what looked the worst. It was clear with what looked like tin foil underneath it.

So no one knows of a conversion kit or some lights that fit close or anything? Sorry, i got this car cheap and the motor has been rebuilt, thought it would make a good project car. Guess if they dont have many choices for parts for it i picked the wrong one to use.......

just go custom, you can still mod kits to fit, rims, engines, brakes, interior, lower, its just the kits and lights that are a bitch, you could get 1 piece JDM headlights

Ok guys, I just contacted someone from ebay and i believe im purchasing carbon fiber altezza tail lights. The gentleman i spoke with said that they will fit any 88-90 civic 4 dr. If they work ill send a link to his site. THanx

Wow.....I thought that maybe, just maybe, there would be ricers this bad in the honda forum. I came over here, and the 3rd thread I see is a guy who wants to put conversion lights on his 80's civic. Why would you want to do this. Everyone on this thread is a RICER! (except for 90civicracer, or something like that)

Hey buttplug, go back to the mazda forums unless you are going to be helpful. Oh and read the forum heading: Automotive Forums.com>Honda/Acura>'88-91 Civic / CRX, this would indicate that half the talk on this forum would be related to late 80's civics, go figure.

Autometer Tach=10K redline that you will never hit, you only bought it to look fast
Shaved Emblems=............To easy

Think before you type. Chrome exhaust tip?!?!? Im not the one listing shaved emblems as a modification. Look at my mods, and look at yours. Lets just race, and see how much your tach and shaved emblems help. Oops, almost forgot about the "custom short ram," that adds what, -5 hp!!
