ceramic pads VS others

i am just wondering about the pros and cons of using composite materials brake pads instead of ceramic material brake pads .... acuras' come standard with ceramic but i was think about using "GREED STUFF"
by EBC ...
but during my search on tirerack it gave me a warning saying something about dust and noise warning. i am not sure if they are assuning that i am running standard rotors ,which i am not, but it raises some concern ...

someone enlighten me please

The reason you get that warning is that some 90 Integra's were equipped with ceramic pads from the factory. In general, ceramic pads tend to dust less and have less noise.

Greenstuff and comparable pads will give you better bite for better stopping distance but will generate more dust and noise compared to Akebonon and similar pads.

Greenstuff actually gives a lighter colored dust that tends not to stick to wheels.
