Where to get one

Im looking for a new car and only have about 17000 USD to spend. I'm trying to find a used lancer evo with under 50k miles on it. Im in the USA and was wondering where I can look for this... I've looked on several sites and havent been able to find a single evo (except for new ones or ones that were used for a couple of months and still cost in the high 20k-low 30k mark). Thanks in advance for any help.

lol good luck trying to get and evo 7,6... etc in the u.s

its hard to get one in the u.s especially with only $17k ull need alot more to get one
