Which clutch system is better

with everyones experiences.. what would be a better system for a clutch?

hydraulic or cable.

this probably doesnt apply to nissan, but this is the only forum i post in.
can anyone list what the (dis)advantages are with either setup.

and what s13-15 models came with.

I like hydraulic better. My WRX has a cable clutch and it kinda feels like an unbled hydraulic clutch. I like it more stiff. I'm pretty sure all 240's had hydraulic clutch's.

My dad had a cable clutch in his 91 geo metro. Broke once after probly 100+k miles and then broke a second time right away when the garage put the new cable on wrong.

My cavalier hasn't had the clutch go yet and im past 250k miles.

I know these are probly exceptions to the rule, but I still like hydro way better.

i dont think it could be more obvious... look 3 posts above your last one.

he changed his UNCLE to his DAD, he doesnt use caps anymore (Cause i flamed the shit outta him with a pm), and he still has that same after every sentence (which he doesnt break up with periods either)

and he's 13.

EDIT:

is this the second saga of the DirtyDawgs Ownage? me thinks so.

the hydraulic clutch has a better mechanical advantage over a cable clutch. that is why its easier to realise the clutch then a cable clutch. also you dont' have to worry about the cable getting caught when its old. also hydraulic clutchs are also self adjusting to wear. where as in the cable clutch. you have to adjust the clutch to compensate for wear.
