sr20det exhaust

hey wats up guys. i was wondering if you guys know of any exhausts for a 89 240sx fastback w/ an sr20det in it that isnt too LOUD but makes good power nonetheless. i live in southern california and for anyone who lives or even heard about it, having a loud car is a no-no. especially if it's an import .....doesnt seem to matter if its a newer mustang w/ loud ass dual exhausts, but watever, this isn't about them. ....can anyone help?? a nice, QUIET, good power, exhaust. thanks a lot. well heres an order of priorities...

1. noise level
2. power
3. the look
thanks for the help. oh yea. i dontwant to pay like 1000 bucks either. just a reasonable price. thanks!

Don't you know, it's 10 hp for every sticker, 50 hp extra for every additional inch of rear spoiler behond stock height.
