Unhappy thinking of rebuild or replacement + import JDM

Hi...

New to this forum, but here goes. I have a 1996 integra LS with about 220,000 miles on the engine. they are route 80 miles cause former owner lived in poconos and worked in jersey. It was allright is beating even the vtecs but short of beating the type R till about 5 000 miles ago. Since then i've only been able to take on LS and even get edged out by them.

Had a tune up done thought it was needed but *sigh* didnt work that well, i got some good power back but still not as before.

About time i rebuilt the engine. then i read the message wehre its cheaper to swap rather than rebuild. I was just wondering what was possible for my car and the costs of it.

A website or a known new jersey mechanic would be a great help or an expertise from you guys would be appreciated too.

Also if anyone is looking to import JDM engines i know someone who wants to export out of Hong Kong.
