The Fastest Smallblock Street Vette?

Andy Jensens 63 split window Outlaw street Corvette, powered by a smallblock chevy, carburated, on nitrous. laided down some 6.72's in the 1/4 mile at a speed of 207.2. The car is driven and is very good on the street. I do understand he has gone as quick as 6.51. What do you think ?.

Many ways around emmisions here in PA,Some areas don't even require it. Collectible tags, business tags, and under a 73, no emmissions.
