Moonroof

I had an aftermarket moonroof installed on my hatch 3 years ago and now it moves really slow when performing any operation after hitting the button... any cheap tricks or tiny parts that I can replace instead of taking it back to the dealership to be worked on for weeks?

maybe its the motor...like on power windows and stuff....they move slower when the motor is getting older and used more
