dude,
i just installed a keyless entry in my 97 328is. it was easy, even tho im electronicly illiterate. it took me 3 hours, but would only take about 1 now, maybe less. first you take out the glovebox. find the alarm wiring harness (under a buncha wires in the left center.). unclip the harness, and pull it out as much as possible. print off the diagram of the wires from this webpage. http://www.autotoys.com/New_Tech/Mis...ody_balarm.htm then cut the wires your alarm needs and wire them to the alarm. you may need a positive door lock changer for your keyless entry. make sure it works, then close it all up. its not nearly as hard as you may expect..... if u run into any problems, email me @ [email protected] |

Let me know if you should need any wiring schematics to your car or any car I have a login to the DEI (Directed) website and I can get you location of any wire pertaining to alarms or remote starts or just easy keyless entry.
