go to the junk yard and see if you can pull one off a gsx- gs-t or tsi or any turbo car that has 1 its a small side mounted intercooler but its still a intercooler..

If you don't have A/C you could stick one from a 91 Ford Probe/Mazda MX-6 in its place. The inlet comes from behind and then it exits toward the intake side of the car. I've seen them as cheap as $45 because junkyards are packed with these cars. Otherwise, for $200 you could try one off of a 94-98 Saab 900, which would fit across the front under the bumper. I'm not sure if it would fit, but it's the size of about two and a half shoe boxes. Trouble is, there are very few of these cars in the junk yard. I've seen new ones for $350 on discount Saab parts websites.
