D16A6 Cam and head question

I found a wrecked EX in a local junkyard, it still had the complete D16A6 and was thinking of taking the head.

1) How much HP would I gain with the D16 cam?
2) Is the rest of the D16 head the same as the D15 head?
3) Are the heads a direct swap and how hard is it to do so?
One more...
4) Is the cam easy to remove?

Thanks guys!

If I remember correctly, there isn't much difference at all in the heads or cams of the two engines... the biggest horse power increase you'll get would just be from getting all the MPFI gear off that EX engine (assuming you have DPFI).
But if you want to just go ahead and get the whole head too, I'm sure it will bolt up without much trouble.

Thanks guys. I just grabbed the MPFI gear off it today, took a good 5 hours (the stuff was crusted on). I'll probably wait on the cam if the gain won't be huge...I just need to get rid of DPFI.

The a6 cam is better..It will give you way better top end and over all performance. The 1.5 cam was designed for emissions and gas mileage. If you get the a6 cam get the cam gear as well. It is different than the 1.5 cam gear. The head is supposed to be the same just diff cam.
