'97 suburban blower motor
My '97 suburban blower motor only works on high. I've already replaced the blower motor resistor. Still doesn't work. I quess next is the blower control switch on the dash. How do I get to it? Anybody know?

Did you ever figure out what the problem was? I have a '93 Suburban that was doing the same thing. Blower fan would only work on HIGH. Eventually the fan stopped working completely. Now none of the speeds work at all.

High Fan Speed Only
I have the same problem with my "95 Tahoe.
I checked the resistors - ohm readings looked good. Replaced the fan relay, control module, ( the part in the dash that has all the knobs, and during all this the fan bearings started making noise so I replaced the fan motor. Been running for two years with high speed only. I'm too stubborn to take it to a dealer. Let me know what anyone thinks. I have had relatively good luck with the rest of the vehicle, have 315,000 on it now. Mark can email me at [email protected]
