Found a DX hatchie - contemplating turning into Ami ;)

Hi Peeps. I found a local 91 DX hatchie (5-speed) with 123K miles, for $1500. I haven't bought it yet, but I am thinking about going to check it out a little more closely

The body is fair with typical minor dings, etc. on a 12 year old car, although I don't see any rust yet. Only one owner, and except for seat covers on the front seats (telling me the seats are whacked), the interior looks good. All of these were just a quick scan of it in the parking lot where I saw it.

What do you think? This could be my beater while I swap in the ZC on the sedan, then I can make the hatchie a project car after that (mmm b18) - muah hahahahahah!!!!!!!!

DOHC ZC, I,H,E, urethane bushings and mount inserts, rock chipped hood, some rust, stock steelies, nice comfy Integra seats, and the A/C works! What else could you want from an 18 year old car with 241,000 miles? Working on getting the Si tranny in now

It is as stock as they come!! - lol - it even has the stock wheel covers

Setanta - I wouldn't be biased one way or the other on what type of 4th gen....it just has to be a 4th gen right now, cuz I like 'em. Incidentally, if I had unlimited $$$, I would by a 2004 Acura TSX, 6-speed

I just sold my 88 hb w/b18a for 1700 cash on ebay body was good/fair an the motor pulled hard an all it needed was a passenger side axle

I had it on here a while back an i got blasted for selling it so cheap. I was accused of selling crap an it had to be something wrong with it an nobody wants a 88 hb even though the 88hb dx is lighter than 89-91 crx's but that is besides the point.

well dude..if you were happy with the sale, that is all that matters....

I was checking out KBB.com and they said avg retail is about $1500-1600 for a 91 DX hatchie (price changes $25 here & there for things like A/C & power steering & miles and stuff...

I think I am gonna pass up on this one tho, cuz I need cash for the house..just like marked001....so if anyone wants me to check out this car for them..let me know. I'll try to snap a pic if I remember to throw the digi cam in the car and it doesn't sell too quick
