Downpipes

Does anybody know a site or place where I can order HKS or Apexi Downpipes for a 2002 Civic Ex, preferably a 3 in. pipe? Also, how much HP and Torque does the HKS Hi-Power Exhaust Rear Section add onto a 2002 Civic Ex from stock?

are you running turbo if not then you don't need a 3" down pipe or a down pipe at all. just get a header from dc sports or any other good company and get the hks hi power exhaust (very good exhaust, very high qualty and sounds really good). as for how much hp and torque i don't know. try the hks site and see if they have any dyno sheets.

coo, ok i already ordered the HKS Hi-Power Exhaust and was thinking about a 4 in 1 piece Header from DC Sports. That will be my next buy then, thanks. By the way, should I save up to buy Stainless Steel or just stick with Ceramic Coating on the Headers?

i heard some people complaining about the ceramic coating cracking and falling off, but i don't really know too much about that. another alternative to get a stainless header for around $300-$350 is to go with greddy. let us know how you like the hks. also if you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for the exhaust?

Since I have a 2002 Civic, HKS only provided the rear section for the HKS Hi-Power Exhaust, which I found at many sites ranging from 270 - 360. So I purchased the 270. Why? Ok, when I buy Headers, I think I will get stainless steel and tell you how they are.

well i know this guy that can get most parts for dirt cheap. his aim is zeman216. he runs Zeman Motorsports out of Wisconsin. he got me the whole cat back for only $495 instead of the $600 most places were asking for. hit him up for the header he can probably get you a real good deal on it. tell him 94civic sent you. also to finish up the exhaust take your car to the muffler shop an have them make some 2.25" pipping to go from the cat to the rear section.
