Advice

I've been looking at s-10's and trying to sell my lebaron at the same time. I got a email from someone who has a 1984 s-10 with a 350 in who wants to trade. The s-10s I was looking at were mid-90's not mid-80's. How good were these trucks back then? Anything I really need to look for thats a unique problem to this kind of truck? I was kind of suprised because I didn't think they ever made these things with 350's. Any help would be appreciated.

dotsontom,

They never put a V-8 in a S-10 vehicle. The trucks back then were not too bad. I think that the newer ones share the same chassis. If you are interested in the V-8 one, I'd look over the conversion real good to make sure you aren't getting a heap of junk.

Good Luck!
