I like it.
I have a C.H.P. Impala SS on hold. I put in plexiglass behind the front seats, a laptop, and some anntenae on the trunk. also has spotlights, a nightstick on passenger seat, and will be getting decals and a lightbar or number on the roof.

This site has decals for lots of states if you wanna make a cop car. It also has lightbars, and other accessories

Keep us posted on your progress.

Heres my Impala.

Totally awesome project, man. You should print out little files and leave them on the seat. And a tiny cell phone...

How about doing a cop Camaro while you are in the police car mood? That would be sweet!
