No Power
My '92 Blazer now has no power. No lights or anything will work. It won't even start. does anyone have any idea what the problem is?

a buddy of mine had a pontiac grand pre. same symptons. turned out to be the starter. May want to check that.

check the fuseable links, ask other ppl where they are on your truck, I'm assuming you checked the battery

I have had this problem with both my 2000 Jimmy and 2000 Alero. In both cases, what I had was a leaking battery that looked perfectly fine until I checked it with a voltmeter. Clean/replace the battery cables and new battery fixed the problem.

I have a 79 el camino with a 305ho, and I had a fusible link pop one time, while I was pulling the alternator.
Nothing would work, and found out that it burned clean thru. All I did was take the burned ends, and wrap them together. Works fine now. Btw, the fusible link is on the starter wire cluster. Robert
