Question 94DX head w/88 1.5

Ok... im new to the honda thing. but i have a motor from a 88 HF CRX and a head off of a 94 DX. someone told me that i can swap out heads intake and exhaust mani with no mods other than a couple easy sensors. i cant find anything on the net about that combo, but was told it has some good HP when done. would like some info on doing so, i have all the parts just dont wanna go for it if it wont work!!!

you'd make more power doing a minime. thats a vtec head off of a 92 up ex or 92-95 si. i think it would be a lil bit more complicated for you though since you have the dpfi. not sure about it though. www.crx.honda-perf.com has a nice article on the mini me very indepth instructions on it.
