chopping rims...help needed
I searched everywhere and I cant find any how to's for chopping different rims into cars. I know its a basic question but im really new to photoshop and chopping. So can someone please tell me how to chop rims. thanks.

www.photoshopchop.com has a big toolbox that has alot of great stuff you need everyday like rims, body kits, wings, scoops.. such things as that.. check it out
