you could take it to a body shop and have them costomize your wheel wells, but why not get 18's with low profiles and drop it if you want to go for the dub look? plus if you put 20s on. . . wouldn't you have to get a HUGE brake kit, tires would cost almost as much as the wheels, and would you have any room for you feet in the front seats?

go 19's, find a set with a nice lip and it will make them look bigger. but if 20's are where you wanna go then do it and post some pics too, my friend ordered 19" alba banks for his 95 accord w/ air ride. 18's looked big.

If you have so much money how come you drive a 10 year old Honda? Even if I were a billionaire I wouldn't put 20's on an old civic/accord. I don't live in the ghetto where you get mad propz for havin tractor-sized bling, but hey do your thing man. Just remember you won't be able to take any turns wider than a freeway lane change.

if he can find rims w/ a decent width ( 215,225 ) for the 20" rims. i for one think that it would be hott looking, although you may need a different suspension ( air/hydro ) in order to have such large rims.
