SR20DET swap
How much would that cost. I'm typically a honda guy but the more i look around the more i like JDM 180SX's and with Import Tuners new project car and all the drifting in the US, i think that i wanna build one but the only problem is how much.

8k..but then you gotta get the Teins (1.5k) and the JDM Wheels (400-700 ea.) and plus you gotta to have the wicked JDM bodykits and c/f parts (2500+)....might as well stick with your honda...its alot cheaper to fix up

a sr20det swap will not cost u 8'gs unless you are gettin ripped off!!
damm it this has been said here like 500 million times damm it.. i had to answer this same question atleast 10times.. damm it it will only cost about 5'gs with installation. damm it.  1

Just a question to add onto this thread ..... when u guys ordered ur sr20's.. how much mileage did they come with.
i know two places.. one of which recieves 20 - 25km engines.. and the other which recieves 50 - 65km engines for about half the price ..... the pricing on these are unbelievable. and i spent a good 4 or 5 minutes asking about ignitor, mafs, coil pack, ecu, wiring harness, tranny, compression test. both said they come with absolutely everything needed to do the swap.. and that the engines are complete. and ontop of the good price.. the best thing about them is that they are CANADIAN CURRENCY  i wont post the info on the thread to be safe from ricers.. but anyone who i've seen on the forums before and is interested can PM me.. and ill only pm u back if i think ur worthy of non-ricerness.. not to be tite wif it any everything, but some dood is giong around my area with a prelude with skyline front and rear lights. and i is pissing me off now. not that its ugly, its just not rite.

translation: "i want to build one because everyone else is." IMHOIDTWSATFR. if you really want the info, LOOK AROUND for it. this is THE SINGLE MOST talked about topic in this forum i bet (SR20 swap), so look around the back pages and you'll find everything you need. closed.
