mini-me running rich.... any suggestions?

i have done a mini-me swap in my 90 crx dx.
here is the specifics......
90 crx dx
mpfi swap
d15b2 block
z6 head w/ replaced valve seals
z6 fpr
summit racing rpm switch
90 a6 rex injectors, fuel rail, in manifold, dizzy, pm6 ecu,
straight through fuel filter and fpg @39psi @ idle... 46psi@wot.
cai
lightspeed header
no cat
flowmaster exhaust
a6 o2 sensor

vtec kicks in @ 4250, confirmed by on board light and it is faster then the a6 head previously installed, but this problem was present before the mini-me swap took place

here is the problem. i am getting some serious blue smoke out the exhaust under heavy acceleration, not to mention that there is a massive ammount of carbon build up in the header. along w/ a prominent unburnt (or halfass burnt) fuel smell under hard acceleration.
i called Payn Technologies (local honda tuner shop) and asked if i was burning oil or was i just running extremelly rich.... i couldnt tell, cause i am the only 1 that drives my car.

Payn Tech. narrowed it down to running rich....

so now this is the prediciment..... how do i keep from running rich?
better spark, ecu remapping...(i.e. ghettodyne), lowering fuel pressure?? all i know is that i do not want to drive it w/ it running so rich..... if that is so the case....

if you have had this problem.... shed some light on how you cured it! if you havn't cured the problem, what have u done so far to try, that hasn't worked... no need in spending unnecessary $$$.

thanks

get a vtec fuel controller. the apexi vafc is a nice choice. you just need to hook it up, get some dyno time and tune it. most dyno places have a wideband o2 sensor to see exactly where the a/f ratio is at. thats proballly your best bet.
