Will this combo fit on my Tracker?

I'm looking to put Enkei RTS 17x8 rims w/255/50-17 Kumho STX tires on my 1999 Chevy Tracker 4x4 Would this combo fit and not rub? or should I go with a 225/55-17? Thanks, Mike

255/40-17 would work provided that wheel is of the proper offset, our 16x8 wheels are 0 and 5 mm offfset.

the Enkei rim is a 0 offset also

You said 255/40-17 did you mean that or was it a typo?

I'd rather go with 255/50 or 225/55 to stay close to my actual speedometer reading.

Yes, I meant 255/50-17. This size would 27.0" versus 27.1" of the stock 205/75-15 so this would be closest match. 255/55-17 at 28" would be much taller.
